WHAT'S INCLUDED

All rates quoted are inclusive of utilities, end of stay clean and 12% Florida tourist tax.

A 40% deposit is payable on booking with the balance due 10 weeks before staying.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque or Paypal.

Stays of less than 7 days incur full cleaning charge of $75/£50

DEALS

Repeat bookings attract a discount of 5% per booking to a maximum of 20%

Special rates for stays of 3+ weeks.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

No money is held as a security deposit. A blank credit card swipe is taken on registration with our Management Company in Florida. You will be advised by them of the cost of any chargeable damage or breakages prior to debiting your account.
