We've told you all about the wonderful setting and great outlook now let's tell you about the accomodation and local amenities.

The covered portico leads into a tiled entrance lobby which takes you into the:

LOUNGE - spacious, light and airy with large screen cable TV, DVD/VHS/CD, CD hi-fi with a selection of family movies, music, books and boardgames. Ceiling fan.

DINING AREA - with  full sized beech dining suite with seating for 6. Dine in style while looking out the double patio doors giving excellent views of the fairway and access to the pool deck.

KITCHEN - with range cooker, dishwasher, large fridge freezer with integral icemaker. Ample storage units, double sink, fully equipped and with loads of gadgets. Breakfast nook seating for 2. Ceramic tiled floor.

Off from the main living area the bedrooms consist of:

MASTER BEDROOM WITH ENSUITE BATHROOM - with king sized bed, large walk-in wardrobe, cable TV and radio alarm clock. ENSUITE BATHROOM with full sized bath and shower, vanity basin storage unit, WC and integrated mirrored medicine cabinet.

SECOND BEDROOM - with queen sized bed, cable TV and DVD, range of matching bedroom furniture and large built-in wardrobe.

THIRD BEDROOM- with twin beds, TV and PS2, bedroom furniture and large built-in wardrobe

BATHROOM - with full sized bath, shower, vanity basin unit and WC.

The inner lobby provides secure access to the GARAGE which contains the washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. There is also a safe located in the villa for your valuables.

Outside is a goodsized private, screened swimming pool with night lighting and deck area with patio furniture, all overlooking the 4th fairway. Pool heating is available, if required, at a cost of £75/$125 per week.

SOUTHERN DUNES GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB

Southern Dunes is an established and highly regarded Championship Golf course community voted in the top 100 modern courses in all America.

Onsite facilities include; 3 communal swimming pools for the serious swimmer. Children's play area, gym, tennis courts and fishing lake. The Country Clubhouse has a top class restaurant and bar, and there is a pro-golf shop too.

A few minutes walk from this secure gated Community, that is manned 24 hours a day, is a 24-hour Walmart and pharmacy, banks, petrol stations, restaurants and fast food outlets.

The Heart of Florida Hospital (which we hope you won't need to visit!) and a General Medical Centre is close by on Hwy27.

OUT AND ABOUT

The main tourist destination of DisneyWorld is about 15 minutes away. Univesal Studios and Islands of Adventure about 20 minutes. The popular busy and hectic International Drive area with it's numerous restuarants, hotels and tourist attractions is about 20 minutes away. Just close enough to escape back to the peace and quiet of Southern Dunes n the evening.

Further afield on the east coast is Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa Beach, about an hour away. Slightly further north on the coast you will find Daytona.

Head west for just under an hour and you will come to St Petersburg, where the Dali museum can be found and Clearwater beach for the surf. In the same area you will be abled to take in a Rays baseball game at the Tropicana Stadium in Tampa.
